Replacement connectors will also be provided and stored inside each kiosk for your convenience. |

Units have been installed in China, the UK, SE Asia, and other countries for over 5 years and are still operational. The machines are very durable and hard to damage. Occasionally, there has been the need to replace the charge plug leads due to misuse. Note: the cables are steel and very durable. |

On occasion the steel connectors may need to be replaced which is a simple procedure as described above. The machines will be repaired here in the US. Each unit has a warranty which covers unit failure and breakdown. This does not cover misuse or vandalism. Units will be sent to the warehouse for these types of repairs. In some instances we can give simple instructions over the phone for cable replacement, etc. If a machine cannot be repaired we will replace it with a new one. |
